As Healthy Pet Club members, we understand that you may be worried about your pets at this time.
If you have any concerns about your pet’s health or welfare, please call one of our practices and we can arrange a telephone consultation or emergency appointment.
In line with guidance from the Government and the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, the doors to all our sites are temporarily closed to clients in order to protect you and our colleagues, but we have a team ready to help if you need an urgent or emergency appointment, a telephone consultation with a vet or repeat medicines.
We follow strict protocols from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons who have temporarily postponed vaccinations at this time. As soon as our regulator enables our vets to administer the vaccinations we’ll be in touch to arrange vaccinations with our members which is included in your membership.
Flea and worm treatment and repeat medication
If you are due your next supply of flea and wormer treatment or repeat medication you can request this via your veterinary practice’s website repeat prescription form. You can find your local practice and their website here >
Prior to dispensing your treatment, a member of your veterinary team will call you to take payment where applicable and arrange safe collection or postage options.
If you have signed up to receive reminders from us, we will write to you to remind you when the social distancing restrictions have been lifted. You can ask us to sign up to receive free reminders from us - if you haven’t already!
Puppies and kittens
If you have a puppy or kitten or would like some more specific vaccination advice, we recommend that you call your practice who will be able to provide bespoke advice.
If you are invited to visit one of our vets for an emergency appointment, the vet will explain what you need to do, where your pet can be seen and will make arrangements with you to safely collect your pet outside the premises, maintaining social distancing. They will contact you by phone to discuss the consultation and take payment. Remember you can still use your 10% Healthy Pet Club discount on our day-time telephone consultations and emergency appointments.
