As Healthy Pet Club members, we understand that you may be worried about your pets at this time.
We are working safely and will continue to provide care for your pets during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have any concerns about your pet’s health or welfare, please call one of our practices to arrange a telephone consultation or pre-booked appointment.
To help us with our new ways of working and to keep us all safe, please do not attend the practice unless you have called your practice first and have a pre-booked appointment. Thank you.
If you are invited to visit one of our practices for a pre booked appointment, the practice will explain what you need to do, and will make arrangements with you to safely collect your pet outside the premises, maintaining social distancing. They will contact you by phone to discuss the consultation and take payment. Remember you can still use your 10% Healthy Pet Club discount on our day-time telephone consultations and appointments.
